We are launching a new villa management company in Lombok and are looking for an experienced Indonesian hospitality professional with good English to lead our operations. Our initial portfolio includes 7 premium villas, with additional properties planned. The role: Build and manage the local team. Recruit, train and establish SOPs. Oversee daily villa operations and guest experience. Manage bookings, OTAs and PMS. Monitor revenue, expenses and cash flow. Work with international owners and help build the company from scratch.
Syaratnya
Requirements: 3+ years in villa / hotel / resort management. Experience managing a team and daily operations. Good working English. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on-site in Lombok.
