Handle incoming MICE and group travel requests. Prepare travel proposals and cost calculations based on client needs. Arrange accommodation, transportation, and other required services. Communicate with hotels and external partners regarding booking details. Coordinate with guides and operational teams before and during the trip. Check that all arrangements are ready according to the agreed itinerary. Prepare documentation and reports after the tour or event.
Syaratnya
Minimum 1 year of experience in MICE, travel, tourism, or a related field. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple arrangements. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
