We are launching a new villa management company in Lombok and are looking for an experienced Villa Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. Our initial portfolio includes 7 premium villas at Seven Roots, with additional properties planned. What you will do: Build and manage the local hospitality team. Recruit, train and establish service standards. Set up SOPs and operational systems from scratch. Oversee daily villa operations, housekeeping, maintenance and guest experience. Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and PMS / channel manager. Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses and cash flow. Prepare regular operational and financial reports for the owners. Help build the management company as it grows.

What we are looking for: 1-2 years of experience in villa / hotel / resort management. Proven experience managing a team and daily operations. Experience with multiple properties or launching a new hospitality operation. Good working English. Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with financial reporting and hospitality technology. Willingness to be physically present on-site in Lombok.
