Drum Factory – Bali Treasures | Ubud, Bali

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to develop new business opportunities and support sales growth in Indonesia and international markets.

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Research and identify potential distributors, retailers, importers, brands, wholesalers, and OEM customers
⁠ ⁠Contact new prospects through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, trade directories, and referrals
⁠ ⁠Introduce Drum Factory’s products, manufacturing capabilities, and custom production services
⁠ ⁠Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements
⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, product proposals, and relevant sales information
⁠ ⁠Follow up on leads, quotations, samples, and potential orders
⁠ ⁠Arrange online meetings, showroom visits, and factory visits
⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales pipeline records
⁠ ⁠Coordinate with R&D, Production, Finance, Shipping, and Management
⁠ ⁠Work toward agreed sales and new-customer targets

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Experience in sales, business development, account management, or lead generation
⁠ ⁠Strong written and spoken English
⁠ ⁠Confident approaching new companies and communicating with decision-makers
⁠ ⁠Good sales, negotiation, research, and follow-up skills
⁠ ⁠Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with targets
⁠ ⁠Able to manage several leads and customer enquiries at the same time
⁠ ⁠Experience in manufacturing, export, wholesale, musical instruments, or lifestyle products is an advantage
⁠ ⁠Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM or customer-tracking systems

6. Bersedia bekerja diUbud,Gianyar,Bali.
